How long does the juice last?

Your juices can last anywhere between 5-10 days in a properly cooled fridge. 

Do they have to be refrigerated? 

YES, your juice needs to be refrigerated in order to keep it's freshness and to prevent spoiling. 

Can I freeze the juice?

YES. We actually encourage freezing the juice to help preserve and prolong the freshness. Especially if you do not intend to drink the juice within the time frame of the shelf life. 

I received my juices frozen. Are they old?

The juice is not old. We sometimes freeze the juice to preserve the freshness. We also have to freeze the juice for shipping to avoid spoiling. Just allow your juice to thaw out all the way, give it a good shake, and it's good to go!

How long can I leave them out?

Your juice needs to be refrigerated as soon as possible. If your juice is no longer cold to the touch, then you are at risk of shortening it's shelf life and spoiling. 

Are there preservatives in the juice?

We currently do not use any additives or preservatives for our juices. They are freshly made, with lemons being a natural preservative. 

My juice looks funny. Is it spoiled?

Probably not. Some juices tend to separate when they settle or have been sitting in the fridge for a little while. Give it a good shake and it'll bring everything back together. 

How do I know if my juice is spoiled?

If your juice fizzes like a soda when you open it, DO NOT DRINK IT. It has likely fermented and is spoiled. If your juice tastes sour like vinegar, DO NOT DRINK IT. It has likely fermented and is spoiled. 

My juice tastes different from when I got it a few days ago. Is there something wrong?

Flavors have a tendency to fade over time. For example, you may not taste as much pineapple on day 4 as you did on day 1. But your juice is fine as long as you drink it within the time frame of the shelf life.  

Can I get a refund or exchange if my juice has spoiled?

Once the juice is in your hands, it is up to you to care for it as best you can to ensure the freshness of the product. We can not provide a refund or exchange for any juice that spoiled while it was in your care. For example, if your fridge went out and your juices have spoiled, we are not responsible, therefor we can not replace or refund the product.
